All prices are per vehicle, not per person. The total is the same whether you travel alone or fill the vehicle, so larger groups pay less per person.

We track every flight. If it arrives late, your driver waits for you at no extra charge. Just make sure to share your flight number when you book.

Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will be at the lobby at the agreed time. We also send you the driver’s name and phone number before your trip.

You can change the date, time or pick-up point for free up to 24 hours before your service. Cancellation conditions are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

An SUV suits up to 3 or 4 passengers with luggage, a minivan fits up to 6 passengers, and our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans carry up to 10 or 15 passengers. If you are unsure, tell us your group size and luggage and we will recommend the best option.

Yes. We can add photo stops, visits to viewpoints, markets and archaeological sites along the way, and arrange a professional guide on request. Contact us and we will adjust the quote.

We take you to the train stations of Poroy and Ollantaytambo and bring you back after your visit. Train and entrance tickets are not included, but we can help you organise them.
